You as a customer can cancel your order till the
order has been shipped by calling our customer service and not more than 4 hours
after placing the order. All our orders are cash or card on delivery No advance
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defines the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Volymart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Volymart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.

Customer are advised to check each and every

delivery is done and damages reported by customer will not be accepted.If

condition he has to visit volymart in self with original invoice and the
decision to exchange remains with Volymart.There is no exchange no return of
Voly Mart, Shop no. 13,14,15,16, Seasons Pride, Opp. Shiv Valley,
Near ShaniMandir, Godrej Hill Road, Barave,
c. For all returns to be considered valid by the Company, the said return of the Products needs to be accompanied with the Invoice;
d. All approval of returns are subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
In case the Customer finds quality issues after opening the package, the said grievance may be addressed to email@example.com . In case, the Customer opts for return of the Product due to damage of packaging or wrong product shipped, Customer will have to ensure that the Product is returned in the condition as received. Packets once opened cannot be exchanged / returned. All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the Product in case of exchange/return of order of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
